As a father to two young girls, I know first-hand how important these special moments are. Like many parents, I found that past Santa visits often felt rushed and impersonal – with Santa even having to ask for my children’s names! Surely Santa should know everything, right? That experience stuck with me and inspired me to do better.
When the opportunity arose to work with one of my existing clients, Trevena Cross Nurseries, who needed a booking system for their Christmas grotto, the idea for SantaBooker was born. I designed and developed the platform to create personalised, memorable experiences for families – while also making life easier for businesses. In its very first year, SantaBooker successfully handled over 3,000 bookings across multiple grotto lines, delivering a smooth and seamless experience for visitors and staff alike.

The First Grotto
