Up and running in four steps
- Get set up. Request a demo or sign up - we’ll get your account ready and show you around.
- Build your grotto. Add your event dates, session times, prices and the questions you’d like to ask families at booking.
- Connect Stripe. Link your Stripe account so payments land straight with you, with nothing to chase.
- Share your booking link. Pop it on your website and socials, and let the bookings roll in.

Frequently asked questions
Once you’re signed up, you build your grotto from your dashboard – add your event dates and session times, set your prices and capacity, and choose the questions you’d like to ask families at booking. Prefer it done for you? Our Onboarding package sets everything up on your behalf.
SantaBooker takes payments through your own Stripe account, so funds land directly with you. Connecting it takes a couple of minutes from your dashboard – our step-by-step Stripe guide walks you through it.
Yes. You can run several Santas and multiple grotto locations from one dashboard, with real-time scheduling so bookings and availability stay in sync across them all.
Families get an automatic confirmation as soon as they book, and you can send SMS and email reminders before their visit to help cut down on no-shows.
Absolutely. You can customise your booking questions – for example a child’s name, age, or what they’d like from Santa – so your elves have everything they need on the day.
Booking refunds are handled through your normal Stripe process. For grotto add-ons like SantaPost or SantaCall, let us know within 24 hours of the visit and we won’t bill you for that order.
