Running a school grotto? We'll handle the bookings.
Less admin for your volunteers
Most PTA grottos run on paper slips, spreadsheets and a lot of goodwill. SantaBooker replaces that with one booking page you share with parents.
- Parents pick a time slot online in under a minute
- No double bookings and no queues down the corridor
- Automatic confirmations, so nobody has to chase replies
- A clear list of who is coming and when
A visit children remember
Parents answer a few short questions when they book. Santa then gets talking points for each child, such as their name, their age and what they’re proud of this year.
When Santa already knows about the new puppy or the swimming badge, the visit feels real to the child.
What it costs
If your grotto is free to attend, SantaBooker is free to use. There are no setup fees, no booking fees and no contract.
If you charge for tickets, our standard booking fee applies. See our pricing.
Optional extras for parents
You can give parents the chance to order a personalised letter from Santa or a grotto invitation addressed to their child.
We print, pack and post every one, so there’s nothing for the PTA to handle. Parents order and pay when they book.
It’s entirely optional. Turn it on if you think your families will love it, or leave it off.
How it works
- Have a chat with us. Tell us your dates, your times and how many children you expect.
- We set up your grotto. You get a booking page ready to share.
- Share the link. Send it out by ParentMail, the newsletter or your class WhatsApp groups.
- Enjoy the day. Santa has his list and your volunteers have their schedule.
