That’s exactly why we built Grotto Hub: a way to add grotto add-ons without changing how you take bookings. It lets any grotto offer SantaBooker’s premium add-ons while keeping its current setup.

Keep your bookings where they are

Grotto Hub isn’t a booking system and doesn’t ask to replace yours. Carry on taking bookings however you do today. Grotto Hub simply gives you access to the extras – the personalised, revenue-boosting touches that are hard to build yourself.

The add-ons you can offer

Through Grotto Hub you can offer Santa Post personalised letters (fully fulfilled including postage), ElfPad talking points so your Santa knows each child before they sit down, and SantaCall branded calls and messages from Santa. These are the same add-ons SantaBooker operators use to lift revenue per visit.

Why it’s worth it even if your bookings are sorted

A booking system fills slots. It doesn’t make the visit more memorable or raise what each family spends. Grotto Hub does both, so the part of your grotto that drives word-of-mouth and repeat visits – the experience itself – gets an upgrade while your admin stays exactly as it is.
